Mika Singh gives grand opening to IRW 2015

Bollywood singer Mika Singh, along with 'Mary Kom' fame actor Darshan Kumaar, walked the ramp for his designer friend Himmat Singh at Day 1 of India Runway Week 2015.Mika, who began the show with his cool and casual walk on ramp, looked stunning in his bandh gala velvet sherwani with some Swarovski embellishments.The collection was all about being Indian and displayed a royal couture, something which is Himmat's forte.On the other hand, Darshan Kumaar became the show stopper for the designer in his mustard velvet bandh gala sherwani.Well, it was indeed a good beginning for India Runway Week which is going to span for three days, ending on 6th of September with 36 designers designer participating.'This 3 days event will have an exciting week of exhibitions, premier catwalk shows featuring youngest slot of talented Indian designers and much anticipated future designers.
