Delhi's Bacardi NH7 Weekender2015: Things you shouldn't have missed

The most awaited music festival gets over with its fourth edition in the national capital. However, what it left behind were crazy memories to cherish, a new bunch of friends, a much needed 'stress free' weekend and amazing music. But if you missed it all, let us take you on a small trip of the weekender to give you reasons why not to miss it the next time it makes it's stopover in the capital. Day 1 of the festival didn't let anyone take a sigh of relief. Whether it was the renowned Indian percussionist V.Selvaganesh with his ensemble playing complete classical compositions, or the Grammy award winner DJ and Singer Mark Ronson playing his international hits, the crowd went crazy and grooved to their tunes. However, the highlight of the show was Indian music legend A.R.Rahman, who created the magic of his greatest hits on the stage. Day 2 of the festival started to grab eyeballs when Mexican acoustic guitar duo, Rodrigo y Gabriela started to play at the event. Their music was influenced by a number of genres including nuevo flamenco, rock, and heavy metal.However, the evening got even better when Vishal Dadlani's performed to pay a tribute to Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, along with Niti Mohan, Ishita Sarkar, Raghu Dixit and Harshdeep Kaur. Apart from all this, the Delhi crowd was quite amused with trampolines at the venue and the weekender also gave an opportunity to its visitors to have a 7D look of the entire event through an exciting ride. The event that kick started in Shillong and grooved the city of Kolkata, has gotten over half of its journey at Delhi, and will travel to Pune and Bengaluru in the first week of December.
