Weddings always leave you with a mixed bag of emotions. Be it an Indian wedding or a western one, the emotions that a couple and their loved ones feel on a wedding day, are no doubt, more or less the same. That is why; when we came across this video of a couple getting married, we knew that we had to share it with you as well. The video will move you with emotions that are just so pure and universal.

Meet NASCAR driver, Brian Scott, who married Whitney Kay last year. Whitney already had a 3-year-old daughter, Brielle, from her previous marriage, when she and Brian met. After meeting the young and sweet Brielle, Brian felt his love for Whitney grow even stronger and deeper.

Brian and Whitney tied the knot on a snowy day in MacCall, Idaho. And, on his wedding day, Brian made promises not only to his bride, but to her little girl as well… or, should we say, their little girl!

After saying his vows to his bride, he bent down to look into the eyes of Brielle, and said four simple lines, in which he promised to love her and care for her, always!

“I promise to always hold your hand and skip with you down the street and bring comfort to your life.”

“I vow to make you say your prayers before you eat.”

“I promise to read you stories at night and to always tuck you in real tight.”

“I vow to show you how a man should treat a woman in my relationship with your mother.”

“And above all else, I vow to protect you, care for you and love you forever.”

These simple lines, left a smile on everyone’s’ lips and tears in their eyes.

Brian and Whitney had their wedding last year, and it was then that this heart touching video was shot by the wedding videographers at PenWeddings. It was just recently that the video resurfaced again on their Youtube page and went viral with more than 770,000 views, at the time of writing this article.

And, wait till you read what the groom had to say about the most touching moment of the most special day of his life. "I always felt like my vows to my wife Whitney would maybe affect me more and I would get more choked up during those, making those promises to her. But I misread that one," Brain told The Huffington Post.

"It was really when I was reading my vows to Brielle that I got the most choked up. It really all just hits home in that moment -- you're there and dressed up and all the people around. You're living in the moment. It affects you more than when you write it or plan for it or practice it. You get engulfed by it," further added this emotional dad.

And, here is what the bride had to say about her groom and their wedding. Whitney told BuzzFeed, “There was not a dry eye in the room. He loves Brielle more than life itself and I think it was cool for everyone to really witness his love for her.”
