Priyanka, Katrina, Deepika: Who'll be 'Mastani' of Bhansali's 'Bajirao'?

The news is all over the town. Sanjay Leela Bhansali has declared war over Karan Johar by announcing the release date of his BAJIRAO MASTANI for 25th December, 2015 the same day for which SHUDDHI has already been confirmed a few weeks back. What makes this clash all the more interesting is the fact that Deepika Padukone stays on to be in strong contention for both the films.
Reason being that once Kareena Kapoor moved out of SHUDDHI, Deepika's name was the first to be considered for it. On the other hand post RAM-LEELA, Bhansali and Deepika have formed a great tuning and she has been in serious contention for the part. Though many other names have popped up for these films in last few weeks, be it Priyanka Chopra or even Katrina Kaif, one name that has not been discounted yet is Deepika's.
However, with the release date already in place now, it is practically impossible that any actress can accommodate both films in her date diary as the shooting would almost take place simultaneously. With neither Deepika nor anyone else expected to be at two different places at the same time, rest assured at least one big slot has opened up for a leading lady to step in, in good probability for BAJIRAO MASTANI since Deepika has apparently given a nod of approval to SHUDDHI.
So which heroine would finally be doing BAJIRAO MSTANI? Well, the suspense should be revealed soon, considering the fact that Karan as well as Sanjay have made their intentions clear about bringing their films on-floors soon.
