Huma Qureshi: Nawazuddin Siddiqui is unpredictable guy

While Huma Qureshi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui may have paired twice on-screen for Anurag Kashyap's GANGS OF WASSEYPUR and Sriram Raghvan directed BADLAPUR, it appears as if the two have been around for years.

Despite their odd pairing, while Huma being a commercially viable actress, Nawaz an unconventional actor, the Bollywood jodi is gradually becoming a hot favourite of filmmakers.

"I think we have some great chemistry that we share. And I have said this even before that Nawaz is one of the finest actors of our generation. He is simply an awesome actor and really far ahead of all of his contemporaries. Whether it's a big commercial film like KICK, or a small film or an offbeat venture or a festival film that he is doing, Nawaz just keeps getting better. And if I am being paired opposite such a great actor, I feel it's my honour and privilege. I hope we do many films together in the future. The thing is that we are so odd, like you described us, that our oddness somehow magically works," Huma says.

Now that Huma is aware about Nawaz's temperament after working along with him, it must be really easy for her to get that crackling chemistry on-screen. However, Huma says that Nawaz is absolutely unpredictable to perform with.

"Nawaz is very unpredictable guy. You can never guess what he will do next, which is what keeps you on toes. I have bettered as an actor working with him. He is chalta firta compact acting school," says the actress.

Indeed, Nawaz-Huma can be one of the best celluloid jodis!
