Blake Lively’s post-pregnancy diet

Blake Lively reportedly stuck to a strict diet and exercise regime to lose her baby weight.

The 27-year-old actress has already snapped back into shape since giving birth to a daughter back in December, her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds.

But regaining her pre-pregnancy figure and dropping a reported 30 lbs certainly hasn’t been an easy task for the stunning star.

According to reports, “health nut” Blake has been sticking to a limited diet to shed the pounds.

“Blake was on a strict diet of fresh fruits and vegetables—often served up as juices—as well as lean protein, like turkey or venison during and after her pregnancy,” a source told America’s OK! Magazine.

But it hasn’t been solely diet that has helped Blake slim down. She has also been working up a sweat, as she took prenatal yoga “right up until she popped”, the source said.

Since having her daughter, Blake has reportedly been going on long walks – and often taking her little girl with her.

Upping her game recently, Blake started working with her personal trainer Bobby Strom on cardio training which helps her “blast fat and jump-start metabolism while toning the arms, legs and abdomen.”

Blake and Ryan have yet to confirm the name they chose for their daughter, but he has shot down reports her name is Violet.

Revealing earlier this month that that was not her given moniker, he elaborated on the reason why they would never have gone with that option.

“That’s a very pretty name, but that’s Ben Affleck’s daughter’s name. We would never [pick] another celebrity baby’s name, so we went with Shiloh,” he joked on the Late Show with David Letterman, referring to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter.
