Aamir Khan, who was there to launch Jackie Shroff's son Tiger Shroff and his debut film HEROPANTI first trailer, recalled his first day of the shoot. He said, "I remember when QAYAMAT SE QAYAMAT TAK Mahurat was there, Rajji (Kapoor) and Krishnaji (Kapoor) had come to bless the film and give the clap for us. And that was very memorable day for me."

When asked to Aamir about his first feeling of being addressed as 'Hero', he said candidly, "No one addressed me as Hero in the industry. From day one, people used to call me 'chocolate face' or 'chocolate boy'. I was never a Hero and am still not."

According to Aamir, Jackie's son has all the potential and right mix to be a star.

"All of us come with our respective futures. The thing for each and every actor is the potential that you are. I think Tiger has lot of potential. I have spent some time with him. I had the pleasure of working out with him. I feel that he is so dedicated, on the ball and works very hard. I was really impressed to see his approach to what he wanted to do. I think industry has got new actors with great potential. I wish them bright future ahead," Aamir stated at the event.

However, when we probed the perfectionist on what are his thoughts about gen-next, which is gearing to take on the superstars like him, he quipped, "We are the same generation. There is no discrimination. Tiger is just one year older to me."

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala's Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and UTV Motion Pictures, HEROPANTI, directed by Sabbir Khan (KAMBAKKHT ISHQ), also introduces Kriti Sanon and is set to release on May 23, 2014.
