That's it folks, Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton have split and a reconciliation between the two is looking more and more unlikely by the day.

Yep, this is one celeb break-up that will most likely be for keeps.

After recently unfollowing eachother on Twitter, a pal of Scherzy's has revealed that the singer has cut all ties with her ex, as she reckons that it isn't healthy to keep dwelling on their failed relationship.

Speaking to The Sun, the insider dished: "The split has been devastating for Nicole. She feels the only way she can move on is by putting distance between her and Lewis.

"While their split was amicable, she and those around her feel it's not healthy for them to remain friends."

In a bid to distract herself from her heartache, the former X Factor judge has been jetting around the world, currently soaking up the sights in Venice after a brief stint in India - all of which has been documented on her Instagram page.

Meanwhile, the Formula 1 champ has turned into quite the socialite, keeping busy with appearances at parties and award ceremonies - even joining Ellie Goulding to give Taylor Swift her Best International Female trophy at last week's BRITs.

Yahoo Celeb exclusively revealed last month that the lovebirds had split after a whopping seven years together, with Nicolelater sharing that the break-up was a joint decision, revealing: "I'm devastated that it didn't work out. It was the hardest decision we had to make, but we made it together."

However, proving that there are no hard feelings the starlet added: "I love Lewis and I know he loves me.

"We wish nothing but happiness and the very best for one another. I'm trying to stay strong in my faith right now."

Well, at least there's no hard feelings, eh?
