Vina Morales ready to love again
Vina Morales is ready to end years of single blessedness and get into a new relationship.
"Napaghuhuli na nga ako. I'm ready na emotionally. Nangyayari sa tao iyon, di ba? It's just the right timing. Parang gusto ko din naman na may makilala," Vina said at the press conference of "Nasaan Ka Nung Kailangan Kita."
Guy from God
The singer-actress admitted going out on dates which didn’t lead a serious relationship.
And although Vina doesn’t have an ideal guy, she’s praying for the one God will send to her.
"Ayaw ko nang magsalita na kailangang ganito, kailangan ganoon. I have been through a lot. Parang mahirap yata na magsalita ng ganoon. I'm also a single mom. I just pray that it comes from God kasi that's what I've been praying for at the right time."
She prefers a nonshowbiz guy the next time around.
"I'm careful about it. Parang I want someone naman na who's nonshowbiz.”
On Robin Padilla
She shrugs off talks that she and ex-boyfriend Robin Padilla are getting cozy again after co-starring in the Metro Filmfest entry "Bonifacio."
"Robin and I really became good friends. Hindi ko maiisip siguro at this moment to be his partner. I'm just really happy for him kung ano man ang nangyayari sa buhay niya ngayon. I think he should stay that way."
Vina added that her daughter Ceana already wants a sibling.
"She prays, 'Papa Jesus, I want to have a baby sister and a baby brother.' Sabi ko,'Anak, mommy has to find a husband first.'
No rush
She prefers to take her time in knowing the guy before rushing into a relationship.
"I'm sure there's more out there, lalo na lagi naman akong nagta-travel. I'm also not closing my heart."
Vina added, "Uunahin ko muna siyempre yung time ko for my daughter bago ang group dates. My priority is still my daughter."
"Nasaan Ka Nung Kailangan Kita," written by Ricky Lee, also stars Denise Laurel, Christian Vasquez, Jane Oineza, Jerome Ponce, Joshua Garcia and Loisa Andallo.
